Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

On iPhone: Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. On Android: the Play Store, then your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions. There's also a link in the app under Setup, then Settings. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

I was charged after my free trial. Can I get a refund?

Refunds go through Apple or Google. On iPhone, use reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, open the order in the Play Store and request a refund. The app also has a Request a refund link under Setup, then Settings.

I got a new phone. How do I get my subscription back?

Sign in with the same Apple or Google account, open the paywall, and tap Restore purchases.

Will my progress come with me to a new phone?

Your data stays on your phone, so it moves with your phone's own backup (iCloud on iPhone, or Google's backup on Android). There's no account on our side to sync from. You can also export a copy from Setup, then Settings, then Export my data.

How do I delete everything?

In the app, go to Setup, then Settings, then Delete all my data. It removes everything the app stores on your phone and cancels its reminders. We don't hold a copy.

I placed a bet. Does my progress reset?

Your clean-day count starts over, but your lessons, history, and total clean days stay. Tap I placed a bet on the Today screen. The app will help you look at what led to it.

Why aren't my reminders showing up?

Check that notifications are allowed for Off the Board in your phone's settings. On Android, battery saver can delay reminders a little.
